Senior Pastor: The Rev. Jason Stellman is a native of Orange County, California, and became a believer through the ministry of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa in 1989. While under the care of Calvary Chapel he served as a missionary and church planter in Uganda (1991-1992) and in Hungary (1994-2000). Since coming to understand and embrace Reformed theology, Pastor Stellman received his Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary California, where he studied under scholars such as Dr. Michael Horton, Dr. W. Robert Godfrey, and Dr. D.G. Hart. He is the author of Dual Citizens: Worship and Life between the Already and the Not Yet (Ligonier/Reformation Trust, 2009) and The Destiny of the Species: Man and the Future that Pulls Him (forthcoming).

Associate Pastor: The Rev. Sy Nease grew up in Nashville, TN and then moved to Fredericksburg, VA with his parents, where he finished high-school. It was in Fredericksburg that God called Sy to Himself by the ministry of His word, particularly through Young Life and the faithfulness of the Young Life Area Director, Ben Conner. Sy stayed in Fredericksburg and attended Mary Washington College, now the University of Mary Washington, where he received a B.S. in Environmental Science. During college, Sy was a volunteer leader with Young Life for four years and, more importantly, also met his future bride and beautiful wife, Mary. Upon graduation he attended Westminster Seminary California and received his Master of Divinity in 2004. After a yearlong internship at Harvester PCA in Springfield, VA, Sy was ordained in the PCA and served as an Assistant Minister at Trinity PCA in Montgomery, AL for three years. He has served as Associate Minister at Exile since March of 2009. Sy and his wife have four wonderful children.
